| Suppliers |
Service level agreements and
reviews are ongoing with all of our suppliers.
Strategic alignment, value, quality of service,
depth of skill and cultural alignment with our
organisation are reviewed continually, as are
black economic empowerment credentials.
In South Africa, in terms of the Black Economic
Empowerment (“BEE”) process, we have
a preferential procurement policy where we engage
with our suppliers to ensure that the necessary
credentials are obtained and maintained.
Furthermore we have served on insurance industry
forums aimed at investing claims procurement to
black service providers. Following research into
the needs of black motor body repairers, we and
various business partners, facilitated the relaunch
of Zombodze Panel Beaters in Soweto, as highlighted
elsewhere in this report. |
