| Health and safety |
The well-being of our staff
is of paramount importance and each of our main
offices has a Health and Safety Committee who
identify and manage risks. Fire marshalls and
first aiders meet on a regular basis to address
concerns and incidents. During the past year,
twenty first responders were trained at Level
1 and ten at Level 2. The World Burns Unit trained
over forty Evacuation Marshalls.
In every geographical area in which Alexander
Forbes has offices, management must ensure that
the workplace is safe and pleasant and is not
in contravention of any legislation in terms of
health and safety of employees. |
